SAP MM/WM Workflow Manager - Austria - English speaking - START DATE: FEBRUARY

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP MM/WM Workflow Manager.

Job Description:
Manages complete SAP MM and WM workflow determination and definitions
establishes master data standardization requirements in MM and WM workflows
creates and communicates system functionality templates in required areas
enables and secures cross functionalities between different SAP modules and used tools
manages activities and meetings
coordinates activities between projects and streams in own area
describes and documents workflow with all required stake holders
supports the project work according to requirements and needs
communicates relevant information to all required project stake holders (e. g. program management, steering group, reference group)
participates to planning and testing phases
prepares material for testing
fluent communication in multicultural environment
strong business acumen and alignment to the customer goals
previous experience on similar tasks in customer environment
responsible for key user training in Wood Products area
Technology/system requirements:
Good SAP MM and WM skills
experience on required SAP add-ons/enhancements/3rd party tools useful (e. g. Winshuttle, server tool for governance of future material creation workflow, desktop tool for master data cleaning and standardization). If no experience yet, ability to get familiar with those SAP add-ons/enhancements/3rd party tools quickly.
Method requirements:
Understands complexity in developing MM and WM workflows in general and with special focus of actual situation in SE WP division
ability to transform required workflows into specific templates.
Language requirements:
Solid English speaking and writing skills mandatory
