For one of our clients on the pharmaceutical industry in Austria, we are looking for a microbiologist for a 7/8 months freelance project.Following qualifications are required:
- Microbiologist
- Longtime experience in pharmaceutical industry in sterile sites
- Experience in start up of production lines (preferably liquid syringe filling):
e.g. gridmapping for microbiological environmental monitoring, qualification of utilities (nitrogen, cleansteam, water, compressed air),qualification of autoclaves, material chambers, setting up of personnel and material workflow, smokestudies, qualification of washing equipment etc.
- Knowledge of USP/Annex1 guidelines/requirements concerning start up facilities
- Experience in microbiological laboratory testing methods needed for start up:
e.g. Bioindicator testing, CCIT testing, Bioburden testing etc.
- Experience in aseptic working technics for cleanrooms
- Experience in Media fills for sterile production lines
- Experience in Training of cleanroom personnel
- Language English and German spoken and in word
- Capability of writing risk assessments, SOPs, concept papers
Project start: approx. 1. September 2013, office-based in Austria.
Duration of the project is about 7 months with option to extend for 1 additional month on a full-time basis.
