We are supporting our client, a bank in Zurich, by finding a SAP PaPM Specialist who supports to introduce the SAP PaPM module and to implement three use cases on SAP PaPM.The project role consists of leading subprojects, Requirements Analysis and Implementation in SAP PaPM as well as training of internal employees on the SAP PaPM module.
Our client is planning to implement SAP PaPM as a strategic pillar of its Finance IT Architecture in order to efficiently being able to run cost and revenue allocations, simulations and reduce dependencies from IT.
Tasks
The first phase of the projects foresees the following sub projects and activities:
1. Installation of the SAP PaPM module on Dev, UAT, Prod environment of the existing MIS platform (BW on HANA).
- a. Support the internal SAP Basis Team to install SAP PaPM (especially with testing)
2. Implementation of the Use Case “Net Interest Margin Calculation” a. Migrate the existing net interest margin calculation from SAP SEM-PA to SAP PaPM.
- b. Develop the PaPM model together with the internal Management Accounting employees
- c. Document the model
3. Implementation of the Use Case “New Fund Transfer Pricing”
- a. Migrate the existing “New Fund Transfer Pricing” calculation from MIS (BW on HANA) to SAP PaPM.
- b. Develop the PaPM model together with the internal Management Accounting and ALM employees
- c. Document the model
4. Implementation of the Use Case “Net Interest Margin Simulation”
- a. Implement a “Net Interest Margin Simulation” based on the model developed in Error! Reference source not found. together with internal ALM employees
5. Training of internal employees on the SAP PaPM module
- a. Train internal Management Accounting, MIS, and ALM employees on SAP PaPM
Requirements
- Expert knowledge in SAP PaPM
- Expert knowledge in Net Interest Marging Calculation and Funds Transfer Pricing
- Fluent English Skills, German is a plus.
