For our client in the banking sector, we are looking for a candidate on a position of Business Analyst experience in Consumer Lending that will cover the Polish market.Tasks:
- Analysis and design of the digital lending journey and loan maintenance in a mobile App
- Defines and setups digital unsecured consumer lending and loan maintenance in a mobile App for new–to–bank private individuals in Polish market. This includes e.g.: marketing presentation of a loan and its simulation, prospect customer verification in peripheral systems/databases, loan application, and income proof, risk decisioning (supported by Risk PO), presentation of the approved loan offer incl. up-sell, PPI insurance application, loan contracting, disbursement, repayment, prepayment and other loan maintenance features in App.
- Analyses market practices and digital customer journeys in applying for a loan in Polish market, reflects local practice in verifying the income of a loan applicant, ensures compliance and consumer protection law requirements are embedded/reflected in-process and App screens design.
- Defines general process flows for entrusted solution epics, clarifies and reflects requirements by compliance/legal, risk, security, business contingency and data collection.
- Closely cooperates with App designers to reflect all requirements within the App screens design.
- Defines detailed user acceptance criteria/user stories for prioritized solution epics in close cooperation with the responsible product owners.
- Elaborates user stories into acceptance criteria, discusses requirements with IT architects in terms of feasibility, prepares and supports sprints grooming and planning sessions.
- Ensures the allocated/entrusted part of the digital lending product backlog is fully ready for IT development.
- Prepares inputs for sprint ceremonies: sprint refinement, planning, demo, retro sessions.
Your qualification:
- 5+ years of relevant consumer lending business experience preferably in the Polish market with a focus on unsecured personal loan product development
- Experience in digital consumer lending business/product development, familiar with a respective technical background
- Project management experience with agile delivery
- Familiar with digital banking specific needs/requirements in area of consumer lending
- Seniority in getting a contribution from various project stakeholders across the bank, closely working with product owners and IT delivery teams
