What are your duties and responsibilities?You will be in charge of:
Providing support for planning inventory and production for Amazon and other assigned accounts.
Coordinate logistics, monitor RMAs, ensuring orders are fulfilled and shipments are on-time and in full.
Generating reports, managing inventory integrity shipping records and vendor partners’ systems.
Participating in projects, processing/disputing chargebacks and discrepancies for assigned accounts.
Working closely with internal and external partners to support the overall operations.
To fit this position
Proficient in English
Abilities in French, German, Italian, Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
Apprenticeship in forwarding and logistics, supply chain or studies in relevant fields
Work experience in relevant fields as e.g. Supply Chain for FMCG preferred
Previous experience with Amazon is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Location
You can choose to come to our head office in Chiang Mai, Thailand or do remote working. Or a mix of the two.
Compensation
20 000 to 28 000 USD depending on profile
20 days of paid holiday, and there is a generous paternity and maternity scheme in place.
Aggressive pay-rise policy: 2 per year, so 1 every 6 months (upwards of 10% at each pay rise).
A yearly bonus based on company’s performance.

Working Hours
There is no fixed schedule, you make your own. You can expect a 40-hour weekly workload.
Bonus
Once a year there will be a company retreat, most likely on a South East Asian island or in Europe, all expenses (accommodation, flights, activities, etc.) will be paid for.
