Salesforce Technical Architect (6 Month Contract To Hire)

One of the best universities in the Boston area is looking for a strong Salesforce Technical Consultant to lead their Salesforce system to the next level. Experience with implementations is necessary as this role requires someone who can provide direct technical support through this transition of their system.

It is a 100% onsite role for the initial couple of weeks but would have remote flexibility afterwards. It is a 6 month contract with an opportunity for a permanent offer. The compensation is lucrative due to the unique skill set this role requires.

Qualifications:

  • Lead Salesforce implementation experience (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, Pardot, NonProfit, etc.)
  • At least one Salesforce certification
  • Experience working with internal teams to shape the technical architecture of Saleforce implementations and scoping projects to address specific needs.
  • Documents current state technical processes and prepares gap analysis between current state and desired future state
  • Conducts technical process reviews, design sessions, and other architecture meetings
  • Designs and executes data extraction and manipulation techniques to support workflows and integration with other systems
  • Maintains currency with Salesforce feature releases and updates
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least four years of experience in a technical role
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience building technical solutions within at least two clouds (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, Non Profit, Pardot, and Education Clouds)
  • Demonstrated ability to architect, build and execute data feeds, platform configuration, and components needed to run complex multi channel automations and reports
  • Development experience with Apex, VisualForce, HTML/CSS, Ampscript, JavaScript, SQL
  • Advanced understanding of common integrations and third-party technology solutions
  • Understanding of relational database concepts, ETL processes, data management and segmentation best practices
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate effectively with technical staff and non-technical users
  • Experience in higher education implementing enterprise application systems and web applications handling sensitive data, as well as supporting multiple users in production environment.
