Objective
Design, develop and govern the solution architecture of the Group in alignment with corporate business and IT strategies, ensuring appropriate balance between functional, service quality and systems management requirements. This necessitates engagement at the strategic enterprise level while also taking full responsibility for the solution architectures implemented by individual projects and programmes.
Experience
1.12+ Years of experience in the design and development of Solution architecture for ERP platforms
2. Leading and influencing the strategy, providing thought leadership in shaping up strategy and approach to drive synergy across the group for ERP platforms
3. 10+ years of experience in building target architecture and architectural roadmap as per the strategic directions set by the ERP program in collaboration with cross-functional teams
4. Must be well versed with defining the optimal operating model that suits the enterprise needs
5. Well versed with top ERP products platforms, pros/cons, roadmap with ability to advise on product selection and target architecture
6. 3+ years of experience working with agile software development methodologies and proven contribution as a solution architect/designer of applications working with scrum teams.
7. Must possess excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex business processes into easy to understandable solution inventory.
8. Working knowledge of documenting requirements and design using tools such as JIRA & Confluence.
9. Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
10. Ability to engage with senior business and IT stakeholder to understand and challenge requirements.
