HR Transformation Programme Manager/Contract/(English & French Speaking)
My client are a market leading organisation within their field who are looking to appoint a HR Programme Manager to drive the implementation of a new HRIS to enhance business capability across the organisation globally.
Main responsibilities of this role include running the HR Roadmap for this project, leading on the selection of the HRIS and SI and taking the lead on the full implementation right through to go live.
Experience required
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a HR Programme Manager
- Ideally must have experience on leading HR Transformations end to end for large global organisations.
- MUST be fluent in both English and French
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with the most senior stakeholders across the business globally.
- Must have experience in leading on the selection of HR Systems and the design phase.
- Ideally must be available to start this year
