IT Helpdesk Support - Fluent Italian speaking - Milan, Italy - a minimum of 6 months contract, extendable - Excellent hourly rate.
I am currently recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Support - Fluent Italian speaking to work a minimum of 6 months is in Milan, Italy.
Duties of the IT Helpdesk Support:
- Proven experience with using ServiceNow, how to use it and manage Assets in ServiceNow, along with Desktop management
- Proven experience with Desktop support management through the telephone
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow (how to open ticket, close ticket, update ticket)
- Knowledge on how to asset management in service now
Excellent hourly rate
