Java Developer - Brussels
One of our important clients is looking for a Java developer for a 6 to 12 months contract in Brussels. The day rate is negotiable.
Your mission
- Active participation in the development and advancement of the client's platforms
- Active participation in the development and implementation of internal tools for creating and publishing content for language learning.
- Participation in operational tasks (technical analysis, maintenance, correction of bugs).
- Participate in the architectural decisions.
The team is divided in sub-projects, members move from one team to another to acquire and share knowledge, all of them are following the Scrum methodology.
Your profile
- Very good knowledge of Java
- Very good mastery of SQL databases (MySQL)
- Very good knowledge of frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and frameworks including jQuery, AngularJS and ReactJS
- Knowledge of Apache/Tomcat, Docker, Jenkins, Nexus or JHipster is an asset
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Proactive, a team player, passionate about new technologies and result-oriented
- Very good knowledge of French and good knowledge of written and spoken English.
