Business Analyst needed for project in Poland.
The task is to be part of the team migrating an Avaya Contact Center to the Amazon Connect platform.
Expected activities for the Business Analyst:
- Capture the requirements from the business stakeholders (Vision Care Agents and Medical Device Agents)
- Be the interface between IT and business (both local and global)
- Creation of end user documentation/training
- Support in Testing
Qualifications:
- Strong communicator!
- Experience in Contact Centers
- Technology background
- Knowledge of HP ALM is a plus
- Languages: English and Polish (preferred)
- Local presence is required
- Knowledge of JIRA or other tools is not required
