SAP S4 HANA Procurement Lead Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP S4 HANA Procurement Lead Consultant to work on a new implementation project. The initial contract on offer will be for 6 months with extensions to follow up to Go-Live which is expected around December 2020.
In this role you will work as a Lead Consultant in a specialist S4 HANA team. You will work with senior stakeholders, lead workshops and take responsibility for the SAP Procurement workstream.
The project is currently at the detailed design phase and our client is looking for someone to cover the following areas with S4 HANA Procurement: -
S/4 HANA experience:
Required - to have S/4 experience in PO/MM module
Very Preferable - implementation of a conversion - on premise and 1709+
S/4 HANA experience in PO/MM module:
- PO/Invoice matching - best practice and ability to demo in S/4 HANA - required
- Services - best practice for purchase orders with multiple invoices/unknown quantity - required
- Condition types for tax determination - configuration/design and ability to demo in S/4 HANA - required
- Emailing - solution design for email of purchase orders - required
- Intrastat solution - ability to demo new process in S/4 HANA - preferable
- PO/Contract release strategy configuration - required
- Workflow - how to configure new workflow in S/4 HANA - preferable
- Acknowledgement of PO - best practice for management of these and ability to demo in S/4 HANA - preferable
- SAP SRM - solution design for interface between S/4 HANA and SRM - preferable
Required - Fiori:
- Apps - experience of use/configuration of apps for PO/MM module in S/4 HANA - required
Preferable - Solution Manager:
- Experience of creating documentation/test scripts in Solman - preferable
Preferable - Content Management Server
- Content management server - experience in configuration of server - preferable
General functional experience:
- Configuration in S/4
- Functional Design for S/4
- Configuration Documents
- Functional Specs
- Working effectively with functional team
- Knowledge transfer to functional team
- Working effectively with business team on fit to standard where possible and solution design where not possible
