My client is an European, award-winning bank and they are seeking an IT Consultant who has experience within banking and Advanced Power Management to join them on a long term contract.
Your tasks:
- Operational assurance of the ongoing operation of our customer or Account systems or an operational data store (ODS)
- Contact person for all aspects of the responsible applications included
- Conception and implementation of those commissioned by the department wide developments
- Creation of reports as well as ad-hoc evaluations by means of SQL
- Interface between departments and IT
- Partial participation in innovations as Requirements Engineer
Your qualification:
- Experience in the banking environment
- Know-how in the area of core banking systems would be desirable
- Broad general IT understanding and overview of the most common IT systems
- Databases and Query Languages (especially SQL)
- Customer orientation, communication skills and team spirit
- Independent, results-oriented and structured working method
- Mandatory German language skills
