Manning Global is looking for a German speaking Telecommunications Health&Safety, Environment (HSE) and Quality Manager for a 6 months+ rolling contract position for one of our clients, a prestigious and fast growing international Telecoms company based in Germany.

Within a major 3G rollout project you will research the quality related standards in Europe, cooperate with the client’s HQ to customize the engineering quality and HSE solution for customers in Europe. You will build up a project organization and be responsible for the implementation of Quality, Health and Safety, Environment obligations, prior to and during the performance of the Services and Delivery, including KPI decomposition and performance evaluation. You will train staff for engineering quality management and HSE, ensure awareness in the company for quality and protection. You will perform audits and track performance of each index and guide for improvement. Further risk assessment in quality & HSE.

You have a strong Telecommunications background combined with several years working in HS&E and Quality Management in large Wireless Rollout projects, with knowledge in TL9000, ISO14000, OHSAS18000, etc. You are a Quality and HSE planner, with Quality Assurance experience, Management skills with a strong co-ordination and liaison background on all levels with Fluency in English and German, you are willing to travel.
