Network EngineerNetwork Engineer urgently required on a contract basis in Warrington for a multinational telecommunications company.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale customer network infrastructure, creating and maintaining necessary documentation, delivering BAU Change and Project workload and providing engineering support to provide high quality services to customers. You will also be 4th level support for Operations as part of the Incident and Problem Management Process.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Enterprise WAN solutions (MPLS, Internet, SDWAN, TCP/IP, IPSEX, BGP, QoS). In-depth knowledge of LAN/WLAN solutions & Cisco Meraki is desired. Experience within a telecommunications organisation or an international company would be beneficial.
Technical Skills:
- Cisco CCNP Certification or similar qualification
- Knowledge of business processes (ITIL, Project Management)
- Knowledge of multiple vendor products
- MS Office Suite & Applications
