DC Support and Transformation
Urgent role, we need L3+ DC resources in Austria ASAP for DC support and transformation

Language - German (mandatory), English
- Skillset - Sound knowledge and experience in Wintel/Compute, Storage and Networks (Data/voice)
Role expectations:
- Candidate should be able to assess and learn the environment of his/her own and document the findings/observations/learnings.
- ability to assess the current infrastructure environment through focused due diligence effort and prepare a report for management to take decisions on keeping Infrastructure on-prem or migrate to Basil Data Center.
- Provide local support for Infrastructure, including troubleshooting and maintain the current environment, while working with MITS and HCL teams to migrate most of the infrastructure to Basil data center.
- Work with local business leaders in understanding the current support processes and document them for sign off with HCL and MITS.
- KT to HCL offshore team for day to day support
