Service Manager & Operations Support/Microsoft Office 365
TASKS:
- Set-up processes, governance etc. to ensure smooth operations with the cloud service provider in the Network Banks
- Build up know-how in Office 365
- Act as contact/service manager for the local operational cloud provider, thus continuously interacting with the cloud provider and the Group Coll a boration Program
- Feed-back Lessons Learned from Cloud Service Provider to Group Coll a boration Program and vice-versa
- Understand Office 365 Roadmap and analyze impact together with Cloud Service Provider
- Feedback Information and Impact of Roadmap changes to Cloud Service Provider
- Consolidate demands from already onboarded NWBs and ensure proper analysis and decision
SKILLS:
- Moderate Service Management Skills & Good knowhow in process design
- Understanding of Office 365
- Good in communication and organizational skills
- Good in working with virtual teams
- Good in working in continuously changing environments
- Fluent in English and preferably in German
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365 Transformations
- Experience in Lotus Notes to Microsoft Transformations
