Project focus
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, to gather detailed information from users through both qualitative and quantitative means. The research gathered will be used to enhance the customer experience and design of the current products and features.
- Conduct all stages of research: identifying, planning, driving, conducting, analysing, and reporting out insights
- Make use of a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to apply to research questions
- Work alongside a range of business units along elements of the product roadmap
Key skills and Experience required
- Understanding of qualitative research methods
- Open and clear communciation skills
- A good initative to prioritse your tasks and project requirements
- Fluent German and English language skills
This is a junior/mid-level position where little to no leadership skills are required. A great opportunity for someone looking to learn and work with a direct client in a supportive, pro-active environment to boost their knowledge and experience.
