Good knowledge in Microsoft Architecture, e.g. AD, Policies, DNS, DC, SCCM, ect.• Good knowledge of the various Microsoft products like IE, Edge, Office, etc.
• Good knowledge of the various Adobe products, and self developed Office an Adobe near products
• Good knowledge of various end-devices, e.g. Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, ATM, etc.
• Expert knowledge in Testing of the above products
• Knowing the Unicredit Product- and Release- certification-process and all relevant tools like ProductDB, PREUV, Esamino
• fluent communication skills in German and English
• Assumed working experience in relevant projects: > 5 years
• Handling of HPSM Tickets
• Integration of Application Systems into high-availability solutions
• Production assurance, integration of Application Systems into central Monitoring- and Security services
