Workload: Fulltime
Duration: 6 months (Extendable)
JOB DESCRIPTION –
Tasks:
• Support in the preparation of presentation documents
• Coordination and preparation of reports for management
• Control of the different project parts, queries about to-do's
• Conducting research and analysis, compiling statistics
• Coordination tasks between project managers
Requirements:
• Knowledge of project management, experience in dealing with common project management tools desirable
• ideally knowledge in one of the subject areas PMO, Controlling, Business Analysis, Test Management or Application Development
• Strong planning and organizational skills, resilience and flexibility
• Basic knowledge of common project management methods (waterfall, agile, ...)
• excellent MS Office skills
• high communication skills as well as extremely responsible and reliable way of working
• very good German spoken and written
