JD for Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect-
The candidates should have more than 10 years of relevant experience
Experience in implementing Service Cloud projects
Experience in designing Service Cloud integration solutions, Communities
Hands on experience on Salesforce Visualforce, Apex, Angular, SOQL, SOSL development
Hands on experience on Lighting Framework, Lightning Components, Lightning App Builder, Lightning Design System
Ability to define and communicate the “big picture” in terms of the solution (both functional and technical components) and break it down into smaller manageable work units
Leads and/or participates in project planning processes.
Contributes to strategic planning meetings and provides guidance and expertise on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits, and impacts on business processes and goals.
Service Cloud certification is must.
