• Good knowledge about Windchill functionality
• Good knowledge about Windchill Business administration & processes
• Good knowledge about Windchill infrastructure
• Basic knowledge about Worker setup and interactions with CREO
• Overview about the Windchill Database schema and basic skills in SQL
• Basic skills in Java programming
• Knowledge about tools supporting analyze & debug
