We are currently looking for an Oracle HCM consultant to join one of our clients for a medium term project.
The role is as follows:
The position requires extensive experience in Oracle HCM and in the Solution Architecture, In-depth technical knowledge of HCM in software development and architecture, and also workflow development is vital.
Project;
Creation and implementation of HR Self-Service
Planning and organization of the partial project development
Resource planning, coordination and control
Review and evaluation of requirements
Coordination of the technical and functional requirements (HCM)
Questions about the integration of services and system dependencies to the platform
Initiation and coordination of corrective actions
