Wanted: Test Coordinator (Test Manager)

Role Profile
Coordination/Lead of testing teams
Definition und execution of functional and non-functional test cases for software applications und interfaces
Support business units during different testing phases
Defect Management
Project accompanying quality assurance (review of business requirements, technical specifications and code reviews)
Review and Controlling of testing methodologies
Effort estimations
Liaises with other staff, such as software architects, software engineers, software consultants, test consultants, test engineers, test managers, business analysts and Project Managers or Technical Project Managers
Skills
Bachelor of master degree in a technical study (preferred computer science) or HTL (computer science)
At least 3 years' experience in software testing
Banking related Knowhow (Regulatory Reporting, Controlling)
Data Warehouse Knowhow and DWH Testing experience
ISTQB certificate (Minimum: foundation level)
SQL knowledge and XML Know how
Experience with HP ALM (former quality center), HP Quick Test Pro and HP/Loadrunner or other test automation methods/tools
Soft Skills
High reliability, assertiveness, Goal oriented and focused on results, Commitment, flexibility
Excellent communication skills
Mandatory Skill: German Language at Top Level ( Level C 2 - Master in respect to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, CEFR )
- Profil:
Many years of experience with GWT & Sencha GXT
Many years of experience with JEE (Oracle Weblogic 12 is an advantage)
Good knowledge of Clearcase SCM mandatory (UCM is an advantage)
Good knowledge of the Life Insurance products (preferred experience by Schweizer Lebensversicherung)
