A market leading Financial services company in Vienna (Austria) is looking to hire a Java Solution Architect to work on a high profile project
What's on offer?
- 14 month contract from the start, likely to extend
- 620 euros per day
- High profile project in financial services, working with industry best methods and technologies
- A hands off architecture position within a team using Java 8, Microservices, AWS, Scrum, Docker
Duties?
- Architecture and design or a large scale digital platform
- Drive best practice and better use of the newest technologies
- Forecast development plans and implementations
- Provide some technical leadership to coding teams
- Participate in Scrum meetings
Requirements to apply?
- 4+ years of Architecture experience
- Strong grasp of the Java technology stack
- Experience working within a team using development best practices and tools
- Good written and verbal English
- A team player keen to implement improvements and better technologies
- Candidates must have an working rights for Austria
Experience with the following (or similar) would be highly desirable:
Microservices, Java 8, Scrum, Kanban, Middleware technologies such as IBM Connect, API Management technologies, Queuing technologies such as ESB, Containers/Docker, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, Java 8, MongoDB
