Responsibilities
Lead technical discussions with potential partners to brainstorm solutions and determine technical feasibility
Generate technical documentation and PowerPoint presentations to communicate architectural and design options, and educate development teams and business users
Develop credibility and strong partnership with partner technical teams and work together to architect joint solutions for common customers
Work cross-functionally with various Customer teams including: product management, QA/QE, various product lines, and/or business units to drive forward results
Lead the gathering of functional requirements, develop technical specifications and work with cross functional team on integration implementation
Develop prototypes/proof of concept and web/mobile solutions and be the technical point of contact for partner teams
Roughly 40% hands-on coding
Demonstrate a passion for developing well architected, elegant, web and/or mobile apps
Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies
BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
8+ years' experience designing and developing web, software, or mobile applications
Excellent communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong leadership experience: Leading meetings, presenting, technical go to person, and cross-functional collaborator
Business Acumen - strategic thinking & strategy development
Expertise with any of the Object Oriented Languages: Java/J2EE, Oracle,
3-5+ years' experience with web services (consuming or creating) with REST or SOAP
