Scope of Work: 50 Person Days in 2017, mainly project driven

For our client an international bank, based in Vienna. We are looking for a Senior JIRA Consultant.
TASKS:
Design and implement JIRA workflows
Implement a best practice JIRA project for Service Management processes (Incident, Change and Release Management)
Define reports and KPIs for Service Management based on JIRA
Support projects and the JIRA application management team in finding solutions and fixing bugs
SKILLS:
Excellent JIRA know how
Profound experience within implementing Service Management processes in JIRA
good analytical skills
excellent communication skills
acts largely self-reliant
ability to work productively in a team
ability to organize himself
excellent command of English
