Embedded SW Engineer - Austria - 6-12mths+ (Austria)
My client, a market leader within their sector are recruiting 2 Embedded SW Engineers to work on a long term contract based in Austria.
The role details are as follows:
Project Description:
- STK development (Embedded development)
Scope of work:
- Development of a complex customer-application/demo-application for Smartcard-devices/secure Microcontroller
- The secure download of code via JTAG to a Microcontroller and the handling of related debug support. This can be setting breakpoints, halting the application accordingly, reading/writing memory and registers.
- Support for other departments - documentation - Interface to other departments (f. ex. trouble-shooting)
Skills:
- Knowledge of 8-/16 bit Embedded programming
- Extensive know-how with Embedded C
- Know-how with Assembler
- RFID knowledge an asset although not essential
