About our client:
Our customer is a bank, located in Vienna.
We are looking for an experienced Software Test Manager (m/f) with a strong background in the banking industry. Tests are done by developers (funcional testing), Business Intelligence (as they know the requirements) and the department of the bank (as client). Your job is to stucture and coordinate all that while not offending key personnell of the bank.
Your Tasks:
- Analysis of business requirements
- Project and team leadership
- Develop a systematic testing strategy in an agile business environment
- Definition of test cases
- Definition, development, execution and monitoring of tests
- Monitoring and Coordination of Tests in a socially intelligent way
- Defects analyis and management
- Optimization of test methodologies

Intense cooperation with project team and Business Units
- Business Unit support during different test phases
- Evaluation of business requirements
- Definition of acceptance criteria
- Defect analyses
Our Requirements:
- Extensice experience in software testing
- Good knowledge of the banking industry (Accounting Standard, Reporting Standard, Important Key Numbers and how they are generated, Current Topics)
- Experience in Banking Projects, concerning Databases, DWH or BI and the like
- Basic SQL skills
- Hands on experience with various testing tools (eg. Selenium, Appium, HP UFT, HP ALM, HP Loadrunner, Jmeter...)
- Very good command of English (German or a CEE Language is an asset)
- Preferably Experience with SCRUM or KANBAN
- High level of reliability, assertiveness, goal orientation and social skills
- Friendly Personality and Good Communicator
