SAP Application Manager - Scrum Master

A leading financial organization is currently looking for a SAP Application Manager with knowledge of Scrum processes to join their dynamic and international team in Vienna, Austria.
The role:
*Consistently improves and reports team productivity without focusing on content
*Facilitates Daily Standup and Sprint Retrospective meetings
*Remove impediments and clear blocking issues with support from Product Owner and/or Delivery Manager
*Assist the team in achieving its goals (ie helps the team members to communicate, coordinate and cooperate)
*Leads the continuous improvement process on team performance
*Supports the Product Owner in its efforts to manage the Product Stream Backlog and facilitates a healthy intra-team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope (as defined in Sprint Backlog)
*Manages social risks (at team level)
*Protects the team from interference from others
You must have:
*Experience proven knowledge of Scum processes
*Good communication skills, team player
*Excellent command of German and English
*More than 1 project of experience of Scrum Master
*Acts largely self-reliant within the topics/components he/she is responsible for
*Analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working
*No sponsorship is available. Only candidates with valid work permit will be considered.
