SAP HCM Human Capital Management:
On behalf of its customer eurpeople is looking for a SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT able to run Workshop Assessment (in Vienna), able to provide deliverables (Solution Process Design, Business Blue Print, Functional Specification, Functional Unit Test Document, etc) and lead the Team.
Must have skills:
- Implementation EVE (Entitlement Validation Engine)
- Implementation ICSC Packages
- Other experience on not for profit payroll module; NPO
Project:
The customer is facing the issue of aligning its ERP to the new compensation package (ICSC Package) as per thecustomers common system of salaries, allowances and other conditions of service. The customer has chosen to implement EVE to complement the payroll application (not for profit payroll module - NPO) already in place. EVE Entitlement Validation Engine' is necessary to assess the eligibility and calculating the entitlement amount, configuring specific rules and procedures for assessing and calculating entitlement. The eligibility for a particular entitlement is based on several factors (such as payroll area, marital status or basic salary). These factors, called attributes, needs to be created and assigned to the entitlements into the customizing.
Resource Availability:
Full Time for the Assessment Phase (in Vienna) to be conducted between April and May.
Part Time for BBP Phase, Realization, Testing and Go Live between May and August. (remote work possible)
Project Language:
Fluent English is essential
