Next Ventures are currently looking for a Project Manager/Change Manager for a project in the SAP, Teamcenter PLM, Masterdata, R&D, SCM environment, based in Austria.

Job description:
The main goals of the project are minimizing risks of financial and reputation losses due to bad master data quality, inconsistent processes and as a result low-quality traceability of production and quality costs. These issues lead to increased stock levels, poor product quality and insufficient project management through the supply chain. Current ways of working has been with SAP ERP system as base for everything . The PLM system Teamcenter has not been utilized as PLM system, but more as a CAD PDM. Now Our customer wants to improve processes and have a better working and information flow from R&D into manufacturing and sourcing. This requires changes in working processes and IT systems. How to manage Legacy data will be an important part of the project.
Additionally, engineering has to work in two different systems to maintain data needed for production and documentation.
Detailed project scope is under development and PM would participate in pre-study to set the scope with support from our customer´s IT functions in Austria.
Required skills:
- Excellent in English writing and speech is required
- Strong in communication
- Strong in working process change management
Preferred skills:
- R&D and Supply (manufacturing & sourcing) process knowledge
- PLM and ERP system knowledge
- German language in writing and speech a nice to have
