Aufgabe:IT Project Management - HR Digital Innovations
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project
* Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Ensure resource availability and allocation
* Meet with business to clarify specific project requirements
* Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
* Report and escalate to management as needed
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Anforderung:
* Proven working experience in project management and Conversational AI Platforms (HR ChatBots).
* Technical understanding of Cognigy.AI, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors BizX.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, German is a plus)
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
