Beschreibung

We are currently recruiting for a Service Assurance / Service Delivery Manager to work on a contract basis in London for a leading global Energy Trading Company.

The Service Assurance Manager must be an expert in monitoring the availability of a landscape of services, typically across a Site (such as Trading & Supply Asset) or across an infrastructure component that services multiple application landscapes.

The ideal candidate will ensure that the security KPIs remain a primary focus, utilizing escalation paths as needed within the IT Services and Operations organization when service levels deteriorate.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in;
  • IT Service Management & Integration Support, Information & Data Management, and on premise & Cloud Hosting.
  • Experience in Planning, & Budgeting, Business Change Management, Continuous Improvement, Develop & Manage Suppliers, Information Risk Management, Business Platforms, Collaboration Tools, and Networks & Field Telecoms.
  • Ensure proper follow-up analysis has taken place (including root cause), associated action plans for prevention. This must be delivered working in many virtual teams located in different geographies, across the Infrastructure as well as delivery across time zones and geographies / cultures.
  • Escalate serious service incidents that are not progressing and continue to threaten Trading Gas & Power business continuity with the appropriate suppliers, ensure incidents are resolved in a timely and thorough manner with emphasis on getting the business back up and running expediently.
  • Assure that the compliance requirements of country specific financial regulatory authorities are included in service agreements and are managed appropriately. Includes ensuring that the Trading infrastructure is delivered according to defined standard with appropriate evidence from the suppliers, comply with any internal / external audit findings, requirements, resolutions, etc.
  • Ensure SOx compliance activities are properly executed (depth of knowledge in controls), documented and maintained.
  • Maintain compliance with the IT Controls Framework as well as ensure that controls are applied & monitored and evidence of effectiveness is retained.
