Our client is looking for "Windows Administration L1/L2"
Job Location: Vienna, Austria
Job Duration: 3 months Extendable Contract
Job Description:
- Must have knowledge on Level 1 Windows IT support.
- Must have knowledge on OS imaging, Desktop and laptop prepare with Enterprise domain.
- Must have knowledge on EUC Support.
- Must have knowledge on Basic AD, Exchange, Skype configuration on Windows system.
- Must have knowledge in Lenovo and Dell PCs, to configure multiple monitors, screen connection and resolution.
- Must have knowledge in migration of clients (desktop and laptops)
- Must have knowledge on SCCM, creation of package and deployment of different software and application.
- Must have experienced with customers call for FSR and resolved concerns regarding software/hardware issues.
- Must be aware about ITIL and SLA.
