Your Skills
- A strong portfolio of experience with SAP as Project Manager with a minimum of 15-year experience with SAP ERP.
- Good process understanding and ability to be able to support SAP best practice approaches within different templates.
- Experience with at least one S/4 Transformation.
- Bachelor or master’s degree in technical or business studies or equivalent experience.
- Worked within the manufacturing industry.
- An SAP functional certification (e.g. FICO).
- Internal consulting skills and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact with CxO level, facilitating discussion and decisions.
- Readiness to travel.
- German knowledge (nice to have).
Your Tasks
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead S/4 feasibility study, facilitating, planning, and contributing.
- Lead the Program rollouts.
- Manage the entire project lifecycles from planning to execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management and executives.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members.
- Understanding business requirements and processes and contributing to harmonization.
- Responsible for solution design principles.
- Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
