As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design for our digital products. You will also get an opportunity to lead a team of designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling and intuitive user interfaces. Your expertise in user research, information architecture, and interaction design will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.Roles and Responsibilities
Inspire a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Develop and communicate the product design strategy, aligning it with our company's overall goals and user needs.
Drive the creation of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our products that meet best practices and design standards.
Develop and maintain an effective information architecture for our digital products, ensuring content and navigation are organized logically.
Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with the brand's design guidelines and user needs.
Design interactive elements and micro-interactions that enhance the user experience and usability.
Create design documentation, style guides, and design specifications to communicate design solutions effectively to the development team.
Present and justify design concepts to internal teams and external clients, incorporating feedback into design iterations.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a must
