Trademarks Specialist Position
This role is tailored for professionals who are familiar with trademarks and the registration process. If you are communicative, enthusiastic, and have a passion for the business world and intellectual property, this position is for you.
As our primary focus is the Polish market, impeccable Polish language proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential.
Job Description:
Establish and nurture relationships with new business clients, particularly those seeking expertise in trademark registration. Leads will be provided.
Provide expert advice to corporate clients on the most effective methods of trademark protection tailored to their specific needs.
Analyze, record, and manage client information related to trademarks within our database.
Efficiently execute technical procedures related to trademark registration within our system.
Consistently meet or exceed personal and team objectives, emphasizing trademark registrations, client satisfaction, and advisory services.
Requirements:
Fluency in spoken and written Polish without a noticeable accent, preferably with a Masovian dialect.
Strong communication skills in English, both over the phone and in writing.
Prior experience, especially within the intellectual property or legal sectors, is a significant advantage.
Computer literacy is essential, with prior experience in CRM programs (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus).
An independent and proactive approach to tasks, with a keen eye for detail in the trademark registration process.

Our headquarters office is In Lithuania, therefore this position is remote, unless you wish to relocate to Vilnius.
