- On behalf of our Client, an internationally technology and consulting company, we are seeking a Service Designer (UX) to advise Banking Clients in Zurich.
Service Designer (UX) (m/f/d)

Duration: 6 MM+
Main tasks:
- Lead innovation team and the client through the service design process
- Design Research including conducting interviews
- Facilitating workshops
- Creating persons, user journeys, user stories in backlog and information architecture
- Prototyping with wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups
- Guiding visual design and front-end developers
Main qualifications
- Experience in Service Design and Innovation Projects
- Visual / Content Design experience and UX skills (Research)
- Experience working in Agile (SAFe) teams
- MS Office (specifically PowerPoint) expertise
- Fluency in English is a must and German a plus
