  • On behalf of our Client, an internationally technology and consulting company, we are seeking a Service Designer (UX) to advise Banking Clients in Zurich.

Service Designer (UX) (m/f/d)

Reference: -en
Start: asap
Duration: 6 MM+

Main tasks:
  • Lead innovation team and the client through the service design process 
  • Design Research including conducting interviews
  • Facilitating workshops
  • Creating persons, user journeys, user stories in backlog and information architecture
  • Prototyping with wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups 
  • Guiding visual design and front-end developers


Main qualifications
  • Experience in Service Design and Innovation Projects
  • Visual / Content Design experience and UX skills (Research) 
  • Experience working in Agile (SAFe) teams
  • MS Office (specifically PowerPoint) expertise
  • Fluency in English is a must and German a plus


Main advantages:
