If you are a Service Cloud and Health Cloud expert and you also have Technical Architect experience then I have a great opportunity for you.The role is completely remote - but we would require you to be based in Europe

Health Cloud and Service Cloud Expertise:
- Lead the implementation of Patient services solutions.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Health Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
- Utilize technical expertise to design and implement scalable and efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Obtain and maintain relevant certifications, with a preference for Health Cloud and Service Cloud certifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Experience in implementing Patient service solutions, especially with Leap.
- Certification in Health Cloud and Service Cloud is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
