? Job DescriptionThe Senior Site Study Coordinator (Non-Patient Facing) will provide advanced administrative support and oversight for clinical research studies, ensuring smooth study operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality documentation.
? Key Responsibilities• Provide advanced administrative support for clinical research studies.
• Oversee study operations and ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior study coordinators.
• Maintain high standards of study documentation and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with Principal Investigators (PIs), study teams, and sponsors to ensure study success.
• Prepare and manage regulatory submissions and communications.
• Monitor and report study progress and key performance indicators.
? Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in clinical research coordination and administration.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
