Beschreibung
We are looking for a Hybrid Identity & Active Directory Engineer on behalf of our client.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the implementation of the Active Directory and Entra ID hardening program
• Rebuild and optimize Group Policies and evaluate audit-mode logs
• Implement Windows LAPS and migrate service accounts to gMSA
• Move servers, users, computers and groups into the new OU structure
• Clean up inactive accounts, devices, guests, groups, licenses and enterprise applications
• Create and hand over dedicated administrative accounts based on the defined tier model
• Roll out MFA, Windows Hello for Business and Microsoft Intune security policies
• Configure monitoring, log retention, reporting and security alerts
• Automate bulk changes and reports using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
Required Experience
• At least 5 years of experience with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, OUs, delegation and Entra Connect
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, compliance policies, BitLocker and endpoint security
• Strong PowerShell skills using the ActiveDirectory, GroupPolicy and Microsoft Graph modules
• Experience with Windows LAPS, gMSA, Kerberos, MFA and Windows Hello for Business
• Understanding of privileged access, tier models and dedicated admin accounts
Nice to Have
• Privileged Identity Management and Endpoint Privilege Management
• Active Directory Certificate Services
• Administrative Units, SID History, ADMT and PingCastle
• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-800, AZ-801, SC-300 or MD-102
