## Your Role ##
We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, and an entrepreneurial spirit to join our dynamic team. The role involves working closely with our Senior Engineer and other team members to develop intuitive and scalable digital products.

## Your already existing skills ##
Expertise in Our Tech Stack: Proficient with GitHub, GitHub CI/CD (Actions), AWS, IAM, ElasticBeanstalk, Aurora, SNS, Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, React Native, and REST APIs.
Product Engineering Mindset: Not just delivering but actively contributing to the product conception process, working closely with product managers and designers to build a cohesive product.
Independent Problem-Solving: Ability to work autonomously, solving complex problems without the need for constant oversight.
Senior Experience Required: We seek colleagues with significant experience who can operate at a senior level from day one, as we cannot offer coaching or mentoring at the initial stages.

## How does my compensation work if I don’t receive a salary for the first few months until funding? ##
At Alegrion, our early-stage co-founder equity compensation is more than just a benefit; it’s a testament to our belief in sharing success. For those who join us in these foundational stages, we’re offering an unparalleled opportunity to be part of something groundbreaking. Our plan is strategically designed to reward early contributors significantly, with potential equity upside ranging from EUR 400,000 to EUR 1,100,000 at the time of our planned exit. This figure, though ambitious, reflects our confidence and commitment to our vision. However, it’s crucial to understand that this potential is contingent on various factors, and while we aim high, the exact outcome cannot be guaranteed.
We want to highlight an essential consideration for potential team members: the timing of your commitment. As we progress and achieve milestones, the equity share available to new joiners will inevitably decrease, potentially to zero, as our valuation increases and the risk to contributors diminishes. This creates a compelling scenario for those contemplating joining sooner rather than later. By becoming part of our team now, you stand to gain significantly more from our collective success. This model not only ensures that early risk-takers are adequately rewarded but also embeds a sense of urgency.

## Important note ##
We are mainly freelancing that work on this project during the time we don’t work on client projects. Commitment of 2-4 days per week is expected initially, with the possibility to continue freelancing post-funding as long as it does not impact the venture’s development process. Post-funding we expect 5 days per week.
