Beschreibung
We are looking for a Senior Expert in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management to support the maintenance, enhancement, and operational support of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management module. The role includes system configuration, reporting, integrations, release management, and functional support to ensure the stable operation of the learning platform.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the following:
- Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management configuration
- Strong knowledge of Product Report Designer (PRD) reporting, including SQL
- Experience with data integration using Learning Connectors
- More than 3 years of experience in Learning Management implementation projects and/or maintenance and support teams
Optional Skills
- Experience with Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH), including configuration and mapping learning items to skills frameworks
- Experience with AI features for Learning and Skills Management
Main task/activity
- Provide Level 3 functional support by managing and resolving complex incident tickets escalated by global business partners and regional LMS administrators
- Analyze and test the impact of SAP SuccessFactors semi-annual releases and monthly patches
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Employee Central (EC), BizX, and external content providers (OCN)
- Manage and audit LMS security domains, user roles, and permissions
- Develop and maintain Product Report Designer (PRD) reports to support changing business requirements
- Evaluate, configure, and implement minor system enhancements and change requests (e.g., certificate templates, custom notifications, and approval workflows)
- Document resolved issues and maintain operational and technical documentation using Bosch tools
