The Company
ConSol Partners are currently looking for a SDN/ACI Consultant to work for our client, on-site at one of the Austria's biggest service providers, based in Vienna. It has operations in over 8 countries and is one of the largest provider of fixed-line, broadband and mobile services in Europe.
The Role
We are looking for an expert with experience in SDN/Cisco ACI and you will be responsible for the architecture & integration of the telco cloud in the DCN network infrastructure (Cisco ACI). You will provide support by maintaining, troubleshooting Legacy and cloud based networks. Also, you will be responsible for software release management (new features), vendor management and supporting in RFIs.
Contract length: 6 month extendible contract (2-3 year project)
Location: Austria
The Individual:
The successful candidate will have the following skill set:
- Experience with design, mplementation and troubleshooting of Cisco ACI
- Over 3+ years' experience of operating, maintaining & troubleshooting large scale DC networks, especially Cisco ACI mode infrastructures
- Deep understanding and experience of Openstack
- Strong knowledge and exposure to some/all of the following; ONAP, Kubernetes, Docker, Openshift, Heat, YAML, Ansible, Python
- Good knowledge of virtualization (Vmware/Microsoft SCVMM)
- Hands on experience with Linux or Unix systems
