For one of our major clients, we are currently seeking a freelance contractor who meets the following requirements.Project discription:
Our Agile Chapter's mission is to support the client's teams in their cultural change towards a continuous improvement mindset.
We aim to merge two SAP systems into OneSAP, utilizing this fertile ground to facilitate the transition to the new product operating model and establish an efficient approach to delivering our services, ultimately prioritizing customer satisfaction.
We are seeking support to guide us in adopting the most Agile approach that makes sense in this context, emphasizing the balance between being and doing.
Your Tasks:
Working team over working product
Main mission: integrate two teams and enables their culture
Support the Agile Chapter events (scrum events, agile clinic, strategy brainstorm, community of practice, offsites, etc.)
Help the coaches on workshop/training co-facilitation
Focus on needs of team members and customers to achieve results in line with the organization’s values, principles and big objectives. Managing process, team’s health, boundaries of self-organization and culture, also, eliminate waste
Facilitator: setting the stage and providing boundaries so the team can collaborate. Create the container, the team create the content.
Agile coaching: individual (mindset and behaviors), team (continuous improvement) and organization (truly collaborate with Scrum Team)
Change agent: enable a culture in which Scrum Team can flourish
Ensure Scrum and other Agile methods are understood and enacted
Impediment remover: solve blocking issues to team’s progress, taking into account the self-organizing capabilities of the team
Mentor: transfers Agile knowledge and experience to the team
Your profile:
Focused attitude
Able to provide a positive and constructive feedback for improvement
Plan Scrum activities without supervision
Able to train Scrum, Kanban, agile and others techniques
Mastery of several Agile project/product management approaches (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to be flexible depending on the team needs
Knowledge of Design Thinking Process and related methods and tools (nice to have)
Knowledge of UX design/development frameworks (nice to have)
Any of those languages is a plus: German, French and Dutch
Fluent in English (B2)
Frameworks:
Location: Berlin (40%) and Remote (40%)
Duration: 11.04.2024 - 31.12.2024 +(+option for extension)
Workload: 4 days/Week
