Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Senior Consultant / Team Lead to join a major SAP S/4HANA programme within the Food Industry. The successful candidate will take ownership of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) workstream, leading functional activities, managing stakeholders, and driving solution design throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires a strong blend of SAP SD functional expertise, leadership capability, and client-facing consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the SAP SD/O2C workstream throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Own solution design and functional decision-making.
  • Facilitate business workshops and gather requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Manage client stakeholders and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Lead and support project team members.
  • Drive fit-gap analysis, process design and system configuration activities.
  • Support testing, deployment and hypercare activities.
  • Ensure successful delivery of business objectives within the SAP S/4HANA programme.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 6 years of SAP implementation experience.
  • Strong SAP SD functional consulting experience.
  • Proven experience across Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Strong hands-on SAP Settlement Management experience.
  • Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Portuguese and Spanish language skills are required.
