Program Director | Fully Remote | Long term contractDarwin Recruitment has a new vacancy at one of our clients, we are looking to hire a Program manager / director on a long term contract.

- C Level and Senior Leadership teams to provide status update and understand organizational goals and priorities
- Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)
- Managing large oLshore teams working eLectively with onsite resources
- Leading teams across broad technical, financial and business disciplines. Maintaining the teams' focus on the business objectives and tracking progress to ensuring timely completion of project milestones, on budget and with the desired results
- Team Building & Mentoring
- Cross-Functional Supervision Your Profile Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- 20+ years of program / project management experience in the areas of planning, managing, and leading all phases of diverse SAP S/4 HANA in a multi technology and vendor environment.
- Multiple industry experience with specific focus on industrial, aerospace, and automotive Industry sector
- Experience in developing and managing client business strategies for multimilliondollar projects and teams, aligning to the business goals with technology solutions.
- Experience in documenting and driving process improvements, by giving a competitive advantage to the bottom-line gains through thought leadership, management consulting, and business transformation through system / application rationalization.
- Strong technical, business and financial acumen to eLectively communicate with client executives and their respective teams.
- Expertise and hands-on working experience in onsite/oLshore delivery model Good to have: Specific experience in business transformation consulting, project delivery and integration management
