? Key Responsibilities
?? SAP BASIS administration across Development, QA & Production environments
?? SAP S/4HANA system administration and support
?? SAP installations, upgrades, kernel patches & system refreshes
?? System monitoring, performance tuning & capacity management
?? Transport management and deployment support
?? Troubleshooting, root cause analysis & critical incident support
?? Backup, recovery & disaster recovery activities
?? User administration and BASIS security support
?? Technical documentation and operational support
?? Collaboration with Functional, ABAP, Integration & Infrastructure teams
? Required Skills? Strong SAP BASIS Administration experience
? SAP S/4HANA Landscape Support
? SAP NetWeaver & SAP HANA Database Administration
? Transport Management, Client Copy & System Refresh
? Performance Monitoring & Optimization
? SAP Security & User Administration
? Middleware & SAP Cloud Technologies exposure
? ITIL-based Support Process knowledge
? Preferred?? SAP BASIS / SAP HANA Certification
?? AMS (Application Management Services) experience
?? Experience supporting global enterprise environments
