Red Hat IPA (IdM) Architect Remote 70% (m/f/d)I am looking for a senior Red Hat IPA Architect. Remote, workload 70%, duration 3+ months. Main tasks: conducting a POC to evaluate a potential migration from AD to Red Hat IdM solution. Let me know if you know someone who could be interested!
Your Profile
- Practical experience in the migration from AD to Red Hat IdM (IPA)
- Extensive experience with Red Hat IPA
- Experience with task automation within IdM
- Deep understanding of Active Directory IdM
Your Tasks
- Perform a comprehensive assessment of the current AD configuration with a specific focus on operational security
- Design a Red Hat customer facing self-service portal which automates password resets, SSH key exchange, user mutations
- Technical study on the potential migration path moving from AD to the related Red Hat (IPA) product and the functional improvements it provides for related Linux systems
- Volume structure: 3200 Linux systems (RHEL 7, RHEL 8), small amount of legacy AIX/Solaris. Out of scope: Appliances, other non-Linux platforms.

- Start: 04.03.24
- Duration & workload: 3+ months, 70% workload (320 hours total)
- Fully remote position, except for 2 client workshops: 5 days in Madrid (Spain), 3 days in Zürich (Switzerland). Travel expenses covered.
